Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and manage production plans to meet targets and customer requirements.
  • Calculate material requirements and ensure the availability of materials for production.
  • Prepare and maintain production and shipping documentation, including shipping marks and related documents.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery according to the customer's ETD (Estimated Time of Departure).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Good understanding of production planning and inventory control processes.
  • Experience in preparing material calculations, shipping marks, and shipping documents.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production).
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in footwear manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
