Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including basic salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Calculate and administer employee tax obligations (including Income Tax Article 21 / PPh 21).
  • Handle BPJS Health and BPJS Employment administration.
  • Verify attendance, leave, permissions, and overtime data as the basis for payroll calculations.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for management and the finance department.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding employee data changes (promotions, transfers, resignations, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audit processes related to payroll.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll or HR manufacture operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations, payroll taxation, and social security programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
